These terms govern the use of OpenClinic24 GmbH telemedicine services.

Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts between OpenClinic24 GmbH and users of its telemedicine platform.

Services

OpenClinic24 facilitates video consultations with licensed physicians. Medical treatment is provided in accordance with the applicable professional code and § 7 para. 4 MBO-Ä.
